| At our November 7, 2008 KOMAC meeting, we had the suggestion that we include information concerning audits that we have during the course of the year. If you send me info on your most recent audit, I will include it here for others to see what is being looked at and what concerns we may have. We look forward to your information. | |

| Byron Center was audited this morning and I was told my records were all in order. Hank is still my auditor, Rheem is the one who retired (Kent County). They wanted all records left with them the entire time they were in our building (about three hours), but I was only called in for a moment and questioned about a capstone student who is working in the administration office. Even though it is a CTE capstone, they would rather have me place that student in an accounting firm, instead of the business office she is in. Of course I explained I am trying to get her a placement in an accounting office for second semester. No deducts!! | |
